The villa is situated on its own plot in a quiet cul-de-sac (so no traffic) on the hillside above the valley of San Agustin just 5 minutes walk from the small village of San Josep. Sant Josep has stores, banks, supermarkets and bars, restaurants, banks, etc. The beaches, Ibiza town, and San Antonio are only a few minutes drive away, making Sant Josep a very desirable central place to stay. It is only 15 to 20 minutes from the airport and the nightlife of Ibiza town is only a 20 minute drive away. Some of the most beautiful coves and beaches on the island are close to Sant Josep, just 5 or 10 minutes drive, depending on which one you choose.
