We are a family business with deep roots on the island. The story began in the early 1970s, when my grandparents built Torre Xanchu, a villa that became their retirement home. During the summers, they rented the villa while enjoying their apartment.
In 1972, my parents decided to join them in Ibiza, and eventually built four other villas in the surrounding area. Today, I, Rebecca, continue the family tradition by renting Torre Xanchu and managing some friends' villas.
Our villa is carefully maintained and equipped to offer an experience of comfort and authenticity.

a place like paradise!
The first impression upon arriving at the house was wonderful. The tower, the yellow shutters and the beautiful flowers. The ambiance inside the house and in the pool and garden area was inviting to completely relax. The view was great 24 hours a day. absolutely great experience!

Great stay in a villa.
I was very impressed with Rebecca's place, it was a good size and had everything you need. Rebecca was very helpful and answered our questions. The villa is about 5 minutes from the local town and bars and restaurants. Cabs can be difficult to get but you can hail them on the main street or download the Taxi Click app.

Great villa, amazing location.
One of the best equipped villas we have ever stayed in. Amazing views of Sant Josep and we loved being able to walk to town. Rebecca was a great host, was available for anything we needed and the outside areas were lovely any time of day.
